PAY AS YOU GO

Our certified pest control technician will visit the site and perform a property inspection. After the property assessment has been completed, they will discuss the best options for providing immediate relief. In addition, they will discuss the length of time that you can expect to be pest free based on the treatment that you will be receiving. That is pretty much it. You can start enjoying your yard again once the product has dried! When you feel like the pests have started to return to your property, usually four to six weeks, you can give us a call and we can provide the same treatment or adjust it based on your experience.

Based on the flying nature of mosquitoes it can be extremely helpful if the neighbouring properties participate in a pest management program as well. If three or more adjoining properties participate in either a FULL SEASON PROTECTION PLAN or a PAY AS YOU GO PLAN all participants will receive a 15% discount on each treatment.
